Dedicated Special Constables from East Lancashire celebrated at awards

A number of Special Constables have been celebrated at an awards ceremony for their contributions to Lancashire Police and the public. The event, held at Lancashire Constabulary Headquarters in Hutton, on Tuesday 24th October, was attended by Specials from across Lancashire and was opened by Chief Constable Chris Rowley.
