Lancashire Police held their annual Problem Orientated Policing Awards on Thursday (2nd November), with Lancashire’s Police and Crime Commissioner Andrew Snowden and Lancashire Partnership Against Crime (LANPAC). Officers at the ceremony were awarded for their local problem-solving initiatives.
